    Explanation :

    When two hands are at right there will be 15 min spaces between them
    At 4'o clock the hands are 20 min spaces apart
    Then between 4 to 5 the minute hand has to gain (20+15) = 35 min spaces
    35 min. spaces are gained in (60/55) × 35 = 420/11
                                 = 38(2/11) min
    Required time = 38(2/11) min past 4
