    Under Article-132, Supreme Court of India enjoys the status of final appellate Court. It enjoy final appeal in all case including Court Marshall cases. All cases certified by High Court can be appealed in Supreme Court. Even if High Court refuses to certify, Supreme Court can still take it up under Special Leave Petition.
