Explanation :
x + x+2 + x+4 + x+6 = 55 * 4
=> 4x + 12 = 220
=> 4x = 220 - 12
=> x = 208 / 4
=> x = 52
P=52 Q=54 R=56 and S=58
Therefore Q * S = 54 * 58 = 3132
