    Explanation :

    Perimeter of square = 4 * Side

    =>Side = 56/4  =  14cm.

    Perimeter of rectangle  = 56/2  = 28cm

    Breadth = 28/2 - 9 = 5 cm

    Required difference = 14- 5 = 9cm
